Number 7 is a romantic semi-detached cottage in the village of Allestree just 2 miles from Derby city centre and close to the Peak District National Park. With one king size double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom, this cottage is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic getaway. Also within the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a spacious sitting room with a flame-effect electric fire. Outdoors is a private patio with garden furniture. Being so well located, you can leave the car behind as you explore Derby and the surrounding areas, making Number 7 a restful holiday destination.

Mentioned in the Domesday Book, Allestree is surrounded by parkland and with a good choice of shops and eateries, parks and golf course. Enjoy the tranquillity of the Peak District and attractions such as the fantastic walks, cycle paths, country houses - Kedleston Hall is just a short drive and a bit further is Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. A perfect location for a break that includes the best of all this area has to offer.
