First established in 1978, Grouse Hill is a 4 star holiday park in the North Moors National Park. It’s only five miles from Robin Hood's Bay and eight miles from Whitby, making it the ideal base for exploring the Moors and North Yorkshire coast.
The park looks over a wooded valley and has 175 touring and camping pitches over 14 acres.
As well as touring and camping pitches, Grouse Hill also has a Swift Moselle static caravan which occupies a great vantage overlooking the park. It’s fully equipped and ideal for families. When the weather’s nice, open the double doors and step out onto the spacious decking area with a wooden picnic bench and superb views. The caravan has two bedrooms; a master with en-suite and a twin room. Other facilities include two Freeview TVs, stereo with docking station, electric fire, kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All linen and towels are provided.
Facilities are first class, with electric hook ups, water points, modern toilet and shower blocks and a laundry room available. There’s also a well stocked shop, and new for 2014 is the great adventure playground.
